Arrive to the office little bit before my dad's scheduled time. Entire office at lunch...door was open to the public....ask for assistance and of course they came out rushing......Kelly who said she couldn't verify my dad's insurance that he have a primary (midlife) which he don't have. After calling BCBS myself yes my dad is fully covered under bcbs. Cs stated they would pay even if the provider is out of network. Kelly said they don't take his insurance at all. CS sent me a list of par providers and clearly Dr polite is listed. They was ruled not willing to help my 85 year old dad. They was going back and forth with me instead of trying to help. If you are african American I don't suggest you go to this dr. Please find some one else. I do not recommend this office at all. Very horrible experience

Yesterday was only my second visit to the practice, but yes, the waiting area and rooms are all very nice and modern. Wonder if that $18 Pandemic surcharge that he charged his patients the last two years paid for this niceness. Also, pay at the time services are rendered because he won't budge an inch!

The Politz Dentistry team is amazing! I have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Politz and Dr. Loftin for regular cleanings and cosmetic work. The entire team is extremely professional and very good at what they do from discussing dental hygiene to providing options to improve your smile (and confidence) if desired! I can honestly say I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but at Politz I dont dread it one bit because everyone is so nice and friendly as well! Dr. Loftin performed bonding related to spacing on my top front teeth and I have never smiled so much since. I highly recommend Politz Dentistry for all of your dental needs!!!!

Staff was amazing , very funny a d comfortable in what they do , I actually had a few root canals and others things done it was the most pleasant experience!

I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist before. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. The waiting area is very comfortable, not that I had to wait long. They don't appear to overbook like some doctors. Anne Marie took good care of me and made sure I understood everything. Dr. Politz and his staff excell in customer service and are genuinely interested in making your mouth as healthy as possible. If you don't like or are scared of going to the dentist, this is the place for you. I've had a bad experience in the past and they really put me at ease from the start.
