Hi Kelly,This is Hau, the manager at Teatery. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us at Corporate today.I was working in the kitchen today, and I understand that we unexpectedly became very busy due to a phone order for 21 frozen drinks and several other online orders coming in at once. Usually, with experienced tea-mates, we can handle orders more efficiently. However, many of our staff members were out of town for vacation, so we had two new tea-mates who are still in training. This resulted in delays, and even though I was racing in the kitchen to make the drinks, I regret that we couldn’t meet your expectations. I know there’s no excuse for waiting too long for an order, as it can ruin the experience of enjoying it. I would feel the same way, so I completely understand your feelings.May I send you a gift code to your phone number? This way, we hope to make amends and ask for another opportunity to serve you better next time.
