        We have trained all of our dogs with Denise since the 1980s. I can imagine no dog trainer more skilled and kind than her. The biggest bonus is he Lifetime Guarantee. Weve found our even our most challenging pets stay cool when theyre getting regular Continuing Education through this offering.

        Denise is an excellent instructor and takes the time to help you with a particular problem you may be having with your dogs and offers different solutions to help you correct your dog. I highly recommend the class to anyone wanting to train your gos in the basic commands.

        Our rescue dog needed socialization and training. Denise was so responsive to my emails and encouraged us to come to the obedience classes. It was so much fun and Ella did great! We both learned so much.

        This has been an amazing class for me and my 2 year old GSD. I previously had a TERRIBLE experience with a trainer in Lafayette who took my money. I was very nervous about giving my money to another trainer, but she was amazing and answered all my questions. My dog was very nervous the first class and she emailed and checked on us the next day. She is very understanding and we have learned so much.

        Denise is an experienced, strong but kind, thorough and patient trainer who takes the time to educate owners on why training their dogs is a worthwhile investment. Classes are structured, interactive and at reasonable times. With practice and consistency our Pesto went from a wild puppy jumping on people and dragging me down the street when attempting to walk him to a well behaved dog who sits, stays down on command and stays in the location I leave him at until I say its ok to move. Less jumping and now our walks are much more pleasant! We look forward to enrolling in Denises advance class.

      Brenda, you and Sadie did so well in my obedience class!! Not only did she graduate, but she came in 1st place in the Recall Race....which shows a lot of effort (on your part) and willingness to learn (on her part)!!       Rachel, I'm so sorry this happened to you. Anyone can call themselves a "dog trainer" but don't have the skills, knowledge or experience to really help with ALL dog behavioral issues. Once they reach their limited knowledge, without success - they suddenly won't return your calls, etc. Thank you so much for being willing to trust me with your GSD after your awful experience. I've seen such a difference in Major in just the two classes you've attended, and I know he will continue to become the calm, obedient dog you are looking for. Thanks for letting me find the Diamond in your Ruff....and making him SHINE!!!

You were definitely all-in with Pesto's training, and the work and effort you put into it really shows in his behavior!! Kudos!! I am so proud of you and the great strides you've made with him. He's a real sweetheart and picks up commands very quickly. I will contact you when my Advanced Class is about to start, because I can tell he's ready for "Higher Ed".
