        Overall good with a few minor issues. Our family wanted a good home base for a few days while staying in Baton Rouge that had a pool and free breakfast. This place had both and while it might need a few cosmetic upgrades, it had clean and spacious amenities. Its also got a great location off I-10 and its pretty close to LSU. If you got a family of 5+, the suites got two decent sized bedrooms and a good sized common area with a pull out bed. Our main qualm was that the breakfast area sometimes got crowded and you had to wait to make a waffle. The other thing was that the coffee was subpar. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. Wed probably stay here again. Rooms: Great for bigger families. Very clean.

        I have a reservation at this hotel since January. A week ago I requested a change in the reservation. They did not process it and they charged me last night and today when I arrive at the hotel the reception tells me my room is not ready and they will not receive me until the evening. this had never happened to me.

        We got a suite as the stay was for 3 nights. The rooms included a separate kitchenette and living area. Through a separate door were the 2 queen beds and bathroom. A nice stay. Food & drinks: Next door was Mansour's on the Boulevard. They had the best food on our 3 week trip. Unfortunately their staffing seemed racist and biased. Only whites waited tables while the lower paying jobs were performed by people of color.

      Guest was booked from 03/22/24 for 2 nights. Guest did not arrive on her schedule day; therefore, she was no show. Guest arrives at the hotel on 03/23/24 at noon to check-in but there were rooms ready for to check-in. Managers explain to the guest about the no -show procedure but she can get her a room ready around 2:00 p.m.
