        This was the first time that I had my taxes filled in 2023 by Jackson Hewitt since the mid 80s and it is and will be my last I was charged over $500 for the preparation of my taxes and that in itself is ridiculous also doing my preparation the prepare did not ask vital questions that should have been it was only after she overheard myself and my younger son talking before she asked and stated she had to go back and make changes this in itself is unprofessional
