        Find another bank. Ever since first horizon bought Iberia bank its all went to hell. Horrible to their customers, refuse to cash cashiers checks, put 10 day holds on almost every check I want to deposit in my account. This is not a community bank its horrible place to do business. I wish Breaux bridge had a chase bank they seem to be one of the few who actually treat you right.

        Why does the location near me have times posted on the building saying they are open a half day on Sat, but yet are never open for those hours?

        I was very upset that the bank could not help me in closing a savings over phone. Even told the girl I'm paralyzed and it's hard for me to get out, which I am paralyzed. Come on work with me!! Ask them if there was a way they could mail me something to sign, once again I have to go in. I'm steaming, makes no sense!!
