        Well I went in and you have to check in on this kiosk then it directs you to a website on your phone then you fill that out on phone then you need to take photos of insurance card and blah blah blah!! Well it booted me out had to start over mean while I had a dog bite injury the girl at front was no help at all that job is useless!!! It forced her to help me check in instead of checking me in herself she was just sitting in a chair doing absolutely nothing. I had enough and asked her to get a nurse to come and look to see if she needed to see me or I could wait it out in waiting room. Yall paying that front desk person for nothing !!!!! But all in all once you get in back the doctor and nurses are very nice and helpful. Thank you hope this can help yall address the problem. Everyone complains about this the other person in waiting room said same thing.
