        A magnificent place for a Swamp Tour. and observe aligators, turtles and local bird life. Lots of beautiful bird specimens and what a sunset!! As a bonus, the lake is only a few km from the town of Breaux Bridge which is the capital of crawfish enjoyed in quantity in Louisiana and very popular with locals. We chose Chamoagne'Swamp Tour to visit the bayou and had the opportunity to camp free of charge on site (but you must ask when booking and obtain authorization) Very nice tour and note that there is NO mosquitoes on the bayou thanks to the trees named Tupelo! Go see this magnificent corner of the country and take a ride on the bayou!!
