Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans Covington/North Shore

Nicest front desk people, rooms are clean, housekeepers are amazing. My 3 stars is because of management, we stay 6 weeks there with my husband because of his job, the first week one of the dryers ruined our whites clothes (I made a complaint and was told to wait for an answer), they told me "they fixed ", so I used the dryers again and the same issue happened to my clothes. I sent an email to the manager who told me someone else would contact me... I've been waiting for more than 5 weeks with no answer. All my whites clothes ruined. Don't use the dryers if you stay there.

Love this Hotel. My siblings and I stay their everything we come to see our mother. The only thing you need are stickers in the shower/bath tub. I almost slipped and so did my 82 year old mother. Otherwise you are so accommodating and very friendly. Thank you Rooms: Need non-slip stickers in showers-bath tubs.
