        Thank you Duggans so much installing my unit. Mr. Richard was amazing. He answered all of my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the their products and services. It was rather easy to schedule appointments with them, and I received communications and confirmation by email and text. They are very affordable and he gave great advice and feedback about warranties and other features for the home. Give them a call and you wont be disappointed. Thank you again!

        This was my first time using Duggan's. Richard came out to answer the service call. He not only addressed the requested service, but he also took the time to answer my questions with patience and even explained other services they provide without over selling me on anything. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Turns out they provide an annual service contract that is almost half the rate of some of the other companies and he gave me very good information that fit MY personal needs. I will definitely do business with them again.
