Better management but not a professionally run office. If you are looking for a place that is decent and fairly quiet then ok because you can't expect a lot from a place where there are no utilities. Laundry areas are old and filthy, I mean filthy. There is a hardworking guy that cleans but the tenants are nasty, filthy people, who do not clean up after themselves. Trash picked up regularly. Place to park is limited due to overcrowding or nonresidents taking up spaces. Air and heat will go out unexpectedly, or with a days to 45 minute notice to tenants(usually just before the apartment office closes) i.e. plumbing - Hot water will turn cold in the evenings. Exterminator comes regular but will only spray the kitchen area. If you inquire about a repair needing to be done in your apartment, make sure you are just inquiring bc management thinks that's the same as scheduling a repairman to come out, if you do not keep that 'appointment', you will be billed for it.

The complex, staff and of course my apartment is a great place to live. It's well maintained grass and plants are well kept trash is picked up inside the complex and outside. if anything is going on with my apartment its taking care of in a well respected time frame. Oak Alley Apartments are wonderful
