Mr. Toale and his staff were an absolute godsend to my family and I throughout a nightmarish 14 months. With my case alone presenting over 1,500 documents, Mr. Toale never lost his patience, diligence or attention to detail with the amount of time and preparation it took to wholeheartedly represent me at my trial. When the trial date arrived, I was blown away by his trial skills! Not only was he able to defend me from an unjust accusation, but his clear and evident passion for me as a person as well as my case made a lasting connection with the jury. There is nothing more nerve wracking than the possibility that I have not been addressing legal issues that may have followed me from my past. Choosing Mr Toale was the right move for me.I spoke over zoom with Mr Toale. He has many years of experience and familiarity not only with the courts in New Orleans and surrounding areas, he also knew people I had dealt with previously in the courts.
