        The customer service was impeccable from the start once I spoke with the correct agent. It threw me for a loop with the big difference in the price.I am trying hard to figure it in my budget but again it was quite a jump so let's cross our fingers that I can still be a customer, again thanks for the great customer service

      We really try to explain what is going on right now with rates. Even though we have no control over the rates themselves, we want our insureds to understand what is driving the rates. Inflationary costs, parts availability, uninsured drivers, etc. have put a strain on the entire industry. You know we will help in any way we can. Sorry we don't have more answers for all the hardships people are experiencing. We thank you for realizing the difference between what we can control and what we can't. You are wonderful and we hope to keep you!
