        Bank manager with the Karen-cut wouldn't let me in during business hours. Edit: You have to be buzzed into the lobby. I buzzed. She asked what I wanted. I was confused. I said, "I want to use the bank?" Apparently that wasn't a good enough reason to be let in. If she treats customers like that, I feel bad for the employees there. Having Bank Manager Karen as a boss would be horrible.

        I have been doing business with Alive Credit union since 12/2001 and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Tammy Hoover and her team here in Hammond, LA know what the term "Hometown Banking" means. They helped my wife and I keep our property after Katrina came through and the hard times set in. They always have a smile on, know their jobs and conduct it with the utmost professionalism and top notch attitudes. These professionals are spot on. If you are looking for a top notch credit union to do business with, you cannot go wrong with Alive Credit Union. I will be for life. Thanks Alive Credit Union team and may God bless!!
