Wooded beachfront steps from Puerto viejo to Manzanillo. Lancha boat, snorkeling and kayaking in Manzanillo, Chiquita, preferably in (September, October), Surf and buggy in Cocles and playa grande several good restaurants nearby or by car. The very popular and easy to rent electric bicycle and motorcycle.

I am a single mother, traveling with my children, and I really appreciate this place for its comfort and safety. We spent 2 weeks at UvaBlueVillas, which is just a 5-minute walk to Chiquita beach, more beautiful and safer for children. The supermarket and bus are 2 minutes walk. We enjoyed a lot. The villa is very well equipped, with many utensils in the kitchen and a nice closet. Also appreciate the private garden; We enjoy the sounds of the jungle. I work remotely, and the internet was very fast. Everything was very clean, and the owner and manager always helped us. I definitely recommend The details of the room make the experience unique, and we leave very satisfied with the desire to return. Super recommended Rooms: With many beautiful details, it felt like being at home. The villas are also suitable for long term rental, and I was able to use the washing machine and dryer 1 specific day per week. Walkability: very comfortable and safe Food & drinks: Playa Chiquita is special for its restaurants. There are many very delicious options. Restaurants with Caribbean food, pizzeria La Pucinela, Pura Gula, Argentine grill Que Quilombo, Punto y Pasta, and there is an organic market with many fruits that cannot be found in the supermarket. There are vegan options, for celiacs... It is really very special. El Duende Gourmet Supermarket has very delicious croissants and all the breads are delicious. The best of most restaurants are a 5 minute walk from Uva Blue Villas. Delivery service also operates from Puerto Viejo. One night we ordered sushi from El Chile Rojo and Argentinian pizza from Luma Luma.

I was with my family for several days and, as always, Lico's attention was excellent. We also found the location excellent and I recommend it 100%. It has become the ideal place every time we go to Puerto Viejo.

Lico was great! Its definitely a great place for long term stays. Within biking/walking distance of the beach and food.

We had a really nice 2 week stay at Uva Blue. Our bungalow had a well stocked kitchen far more than just the basics so we were able to cook three meals a day. We also loved seeing the agouti hop through our yard and hearing the howler monkeys and birds in the trees above us. Lico is a kind and gracious host. Thank you!
