    Would give ZERO stars if I could . Very unprofessional! For starters I got approved for my apartment , put down my deposit, signed my lease and had my move in date set just to get a call back saying that another tenant had water damage in their apartment and that since they didnt have anything else available they would have to move them into my apartment! After I signed a lease ! Put down a deposit and had the lights turned on in my name which btw I now have a balance that I have to pay for some lights that I didnt even use !!!! Ive never in my life heard of a situation like this. And not to mention I was also told I would be kept updated on if something else was to come available and still havent heard anything back. Thank god I had somewhere to go or I wouldve been without a roof over my head because of their lack of empathy and inconvenience.

    We are relatively new tenants here, and at first, we were impressed, but quickly, we became very disappointed. Within a week of first moving into our unit, we became very aware that our unit had a cockroach infestation, primarily in our kitchen. Cockroaches got into our fridge and pantry cupboards. It's exceptionally frustrating when preparing a meal and a cockroach falls into your food. Next, upon the move, we also discovered our dishwasher and fridge were broken. Our dishwasher rained water and soap at the bottom and would flood onto the floor, our fridge and freezer seals had become unglued and broken, and one of our drawers inside the refrigerator was missing. When letting the leasing office know, there was no urgency to help whatsoever. Management told us it would be placed into the queue of what maintenance has to get to. Finally, when asked multiple times and sent emails to the office if we could have pest control come to spray, they sent someone out to us. The two gentlemen who came were very helpful and friendly, but they were never made aware we had an infestation and were to do a routine spray. With the inspection of pulling out the fridge, cockroaches had utterly taken over, and the back lining he pulled off our fridge was covered in roach feces. He then got a different spray and sprayed our unit thoroughly. Our appliances have been replaced after continuously asking for an update or how it would be solved. We completely understand that things are not always perfect in apartment living. All we wanted at the end of the day was to feel heard and to have our situation handled with any urgency, but unfortunately, we were not treated that way at all.

    Today I called Summerfield 3+ times to set up a appointment to tour a one bedroom ..well all morning I called, plus left a voicemail and my calls were never returned. I went on the website and made an appointment for 4PM today. I left work one and a half hour early to make sure I got to my appointment on time. I walked into the leasing office introduced myself and stated that I am here for my 4PM appointment, the lady at the desk tells me: 1) They have no units available until further notice. 2) The website needs to be updated with the correct information, because the information on website is false. 3) She stated she has been the only person in the office all day, and has never heard the office phone rung! What could possibly be going on to where you cant pick up all morning and afternoon?! A month ago I called as well, and no one picked up the phone that day as well!
