New Orleans Dental Center

I was looking for a new dentist closer to home and saw the great reviews and decided to call and set up an appointment. Office staff was very nice, took all my personal and insurance information, and scheduled my appointment. I got a text a few days before my appointment asking me to confirm, which I did. Then I get a call from them two days before the appointment telling me Dr. Maes is no longer accepting new patients and they had canceled my appointment. Why did you book the appointment in the first place?? The person calling could not give me any reason. I've rearranged my work schedule and moved appointments to be able to make the time they gave me work. Very disappointed.

I have only had good experiences at New Orleans Dental. Dr. Maes is an amazing dentist. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and eases your mind if you have any hesitation concerning dental appointments. She explains what she is doing while she is doing it; that certainly relaxes me while sitting in that dental chair. You will be happy that you chose to visit her office.
