        They dont call it Best Western for nothing! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great and had lots of options. Will definitely come back on our next visit to NOLA!

        The hotel has what you need for a stay in the area. It does not have the New Orleans vibe outside the hotel, but inside the courtyard area, the pool, bar, and lounge area is well done. Breakfast is good with many southern staples like grits, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, and eggs. Also, Becky is a wonder, she worked the front desk and bar while I was there when someone called out. She cared about providing the best service and she deserves a raise.

      I am sorry you feel that we gave you unprofessional service. Our hotel had a contract signed and agreed upon with a rooming list provided. We held all rooms for you for the nights you requested. If someone would have communicated to the hotel that one of your rooms was not needed, we would have been happy to cancel the reservation as it was a sold out weekend with high demand.
