        After dealing with another loan servicing company that was not making payments on-time to the bank and not responding to our emails, we decided to go with Southern Loan Servicing. Jessica Brennan was awesome. She always responded promptly to all of our emails and made the process easy for us. They have their systems really dialed in, which has given me the confidence they will do the job that all loan servicing companies do. Even our transaction coordinator who has dealt with loan servicing companies with their other clients said working with SLS and Jessica has been night and day over the others. I'm looking forward to using them for our future properties.

        I've been working with Jessica Brennan at Southern Loan Servicing for almost 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I'm always hearing of colleagues running into issues with other servicing companies and I always recommend they switch to SLS. I have never once felt that SLS is lacking in any way. SLS has really made dealing with my owner financed notes a breeze, far exceeding my expectations. And Jessica is a rockstar and just such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

        Quite literally one of the best loan servicing companies I have ever seen. Jessica Brennan helped me get set up and she was the absolute best. She has always been available when I have questions on the phone, super responsive to email, and their diligence is out of this world. If the other workers here are half as good as Jessica, Im surprised theyre not leading the pack. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone
