I love this place. We order from here a lot. My food is always hot and delicious.

I recently placed an online order and when I got my food it was made wrong twice so I reached out to the manager Jessica who told me while on the phone that she wouldnt remake my food or give me a refund because I just wanted something free when I had already paid for my food online with my debit card. I went to the store to try and get it remade where I was threatened with the cops because I wanted my food made correctly. The manager Jessica was very rude and very disrespectful towards me because she was firm on not giving me a refund which i didnt want, I just wanted the good service and food that dominos has to offer, I never been so humiliated in my life about something that Ive spent my money on. I felt that I was racially profiled because I wanted my order made correctly and because Im black she automatically assumed that I was trying to get something free which wasnt the case. My food was $40 and I tipped the driver $10 why would I want anything free? Now Im banned from dominos because the manager has a bad attitude and is very disrespectful. This is not the definition of good customer service. After this experience I dont think Id ever eat dominos pizza again , this was the worse experience Ive ever had at any place of business. I recommend that customers pay attention to the attitudes of people who are making their food , because ipur attitude and how you present yourself means everything. Also when you are arguing back and fourth with a customer and you are the manager what type of example are you setting for your workers ? Highly disappointed in the service

Ordered online went in the people there were super fantastic really enjoyed my visit and the food was great I would recommend going near to anyone
