Had a leak at the main shutoff.. Mr Johnathan came out to give an estimate and fixed the problem on the spot, his invoice was more than half lower than the previous quotes I've gotten from 3 other plumbers, recommend 10/10 and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

This plumber said he would be at the residence today. My daughter called for a status at 10:00am, no call back. She called back at 2:00 and was told they had an emergency so they bumped her emergency for another one. They said they would be there later in the day. I called at 4:00pm and was told no one would be coming out at all.
So much for same day service. They took advantage of a young woman and put another emergency ahead of hers. This is unacceptable.
We called another plumber at 4:45pm and they made it to the house in 20 minutes.

I call to get my shower fixed they fix that than said a pipe was leaking I let him fix that. Got a bill for 335.00 work took 15 to 20 minutes but he had to get the part. Than my face bowel start leaking came back to check next toilet stopped up they had to clean out the line another 300.00 dollars. I didn't have any leaking before he came to fix the shower. I think they make the problem than charge to fix it.

I would rate Johnathan Blum zero stars if that was an option. I was looking to have a tankless water heater installed. He came out to assess and looked at it in under a few minutes. He needed to come back another day to see what work the electrician had done, but he got there very late. The electrician I hired ran additional amps to my breaker box for the water heater addition. When I asked questions of him to further understand what needed to be done, he was rude, curt and abrupt as if he couldnt be bothered to answer questions. My husband was on speakerphone and had a question as well. He wouldnt answer the question, displayed a horrible, nasty attitude and got in his truck and sped off. He is the most unprofessional plumber I have EVER come into contact with!
