    I just wanted to thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement you made for Pedro Ramo's casket. They were perfect and Sandra will be enjoying them for days to come. You showed her and the family so much compassion during this difficult time.

    I just want to start with the floral arrangements are beautiful. However, their customer service is awful. We had them make the floral arrangement for my grandmother's funeral they were beautiful. Flash forward 6 weeks we ended up coming back for flowers for my grandfather's funeral. We submitted our order 12 days prior to the funeral. When we got to the funeral the morning of there were no flowers. We finally ended up calling about 45 mins after the funeral started to figure out why the flowers weren't delivered. They advised that they were almost done with them.. then ended up delivering them about 2 and a half hours into the service. However, the floral arrangements were all wrong. We ordered a dozen roses and half green and half red they delivered us 2 dozen white roses.... the spread was supposed to be red white and blue roses. We received red roses and an assortment of white flowers with a blue bow. It was pretty but not what we ordered. We called them while we were at the service and let them know the flowers were incorrect they advised that we could bring them back for a refund. We were in the middle of our service so one of the members of the funeral home dropped of the roses to them however we decided to keep the spread through the remainder of the service because although the order was wrong they were still pretty. Once the funeral concluded I returned to receive our refund after about 15 minutes of bickering with one of the staff members it became apparent that one of the floral arrangements was incorrect due to the girl who took our order writing it down incorrectly and the other was due to them not getting the correct flowers in time so instead of calling us before the funeral and asking what we would like instead they just brought what they thought would work. They did issue us a refund, and that was appreciated, but they made a really difficult day worse, and I don't wish this experience on anyone.

    I called the florist from out of state to order an arrangement. I spoke with Ro. She was so kind, it was like speaking with a friend. She listened to my requests and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. When she finished the arrangement, she sent me a picture of it to make sure I was pleased. She did not stop until I was completely satisfied. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. I will forever be a customer. Thank you very much for the beautiful arrangement and excellent customer service!

    If I could give lower i would. Ordered all the flowers for my sister's funeral there including out of state orders. They said they would bring everything to the funeral home so they could bring everything to the church with them. Funeral 2 days later the funeral home didn't receive the flowers nor plants multiple calls later they told the grieving grandson they would get there when they get there. So no flowers until after the funeral. I have to say the flowers were beautiful but wish we could have had them for the funeral.
