The mechanic was very rude and ripped me off! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Charged me 300 just to drive 10 miles and didnt touch my truck very bad business!

Just would like to say very honest and kind individual that will do everything in your best interest. Katie and Josh are awesome, very knowledgeable and very sufficient, will get you back and running at any means necessary. Thanks for taking care of me , and going the extra miles to help me , the truck is running like it ran before the issue it had thank you guys a million, and I pray someone will always look over you guys and thank you James as well , for recommending them .

Had a tire come off the bead right up the road on a Peterbilt. Brought it to Josh at Road Bound & Down and he was able to get me going within 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Theyll take care of you. Thank you guys!!

This is a excellent company to work with. They are professional, and came me highly recommended. All four of my air bags were blown on a loaded car hauler, the weight caused the leaf springs to snap off as well. I called several mobile mechanics to work on the trailer and non of them even attempted to help because of the severity of the problem. I called Josh and he was very transparent that he will need to physical see the trailer to give me full assessment. I was actually at a TA in their garage for over 24 hrs and they could not fix the issue and all the mechanics shops in the area that they partnered with could not fixed the issue as well. The problem was so complex that I could not get the tuck and trailer towed. From all accounts the is was almost an impossibility to get the trailer mobile again without getting it to a full heavy duty service truck garage with a bay where mechanic can get under the trailer safely or removed all seven cars The only problem was the vehicles on the car hauler trailer was inoperable! Josh drove from Lake Charles to Lafayette where I was and figured out how to get me mobile so I could get to a nearby full service shop. That shop unfortunately did not have the leaf spring and said it would be probably two weeks before they can get one made. Josh investigated the situation further and got everything fixed enough where I could made it closer to home. Thank you for you service, transparency, honesty and integrity. Its hard to find good mechanics that are not just trying to take your money and run especially when you stuck on the side of the road. This company is trust worthy with great ethics and character. If you need a mechanic when you in LA Road Bound & Down will be your best bet to get you back on the road.
