I love this place its so nice big and roomy wish the kitchen was a bit bigger but other than that very nice and very fast with fixing things. 3 yrs later I hate the place I've had a fridge that leaks our ceiling leaks they haven't fixed yet takes forever to fix anything

If only I could give zero stars. It has been a year now and they still haven't returned my security deposit. I left the place much cleaner than when I moved in. No returned calls, no responses to emails.. They have even started sending me straight to their answering service to avoid talking to me. This is not fair. It is my money and in these tough times, I could surely use it.
Update. They sent me to collections for the amount that they owed me. BBB, Collections and my present landlord all tried to get an explanation for the charges and all were ignored. This company is fraudulent. Do NOT rent at any of J.Bruno MetroWide properties.

Ok where to start ! The picture of the apartments is about 7 years old because they do not look nowhere near that luxurious. The trees are dying those trees are full of life. The water turns colors ! A dirty brown color ! There are cracks on the base boards. Which means whatever pest your neighbors have you now have! Coackroaches and bed bugs ! Lizards everywhere! When i first lived in it took 2 weeks to bring a new air conditioner unit the old one had mold ! So no air for 2 weeks! And toilet was broken 3 months before they came to fix it. Also just recently i have received a piece of mail stating I have a charge on my account that i didn’t pay but i know i did because i have the reciept ! 725 for this is a complete joke ! Do not move here! I wish i would have listened to the other reviews! Also the WiFi is not available at all so yea that’s a scam

These apartments suck dont fall for the floor plans they have on the website the one bedrooms do not look like how they say on the site at all they r small
