I would give -0 if it was an option. Customer service acts as if they are doing you a favor when you call or go in office. I literally have to sike myself into calling or going.incompetent

We were selling produce, I did not know how to get a hold of them to get a permit we called repetitiously and nobody would answer the phone, and we were not going to make that trip to the permit office without knowing for sure that they were there, but now somebody evidently reported us somehow and they shut us down even though they wouldnt answer their phone for a person to get a permit, but yet theyll take time to come shut somebody down, Thats pretty doggon lousy I think!
