Silver Lining Denistry is a great place. The staff is nice and friendly. I especially love watching Netflix while getting my teeth clean!! Thanks Dr. Nguyen!

I confirmed my appt and then they sent another confirmation text and called twice. They tried to make me confirm 4 times and were calling a 5th time while I was parking to get there. I had to pull my child out of school to go to this appt and the dentist refused to see my child because we were 9 min. late. I would've been earlier if I didn't have to fumble for my phone for their call twice that day. Dentist has no compassion for patients. So worried about cancelations that they will call you 5 times and text 5 times yet reject children that were checked out of school for being less then 10 minutes late. Now has unexcused missed school time. I've never had a dentist contact me 10 times trying to remind me and confirm my appt. It's borderline harassment. Then reject us when we get there after all that.

I visited your clinic three months ago for a dental procedure, but unfortunately, Im still experiencing discomfort. Despite contacting your office about my issue, no action was taken. Consequently, I had to escalate my concerns to both the state authorities and my insurance provider. During my visit, I was treated by Dr. Nguyen, the only dentist on staff due to understaffing. Despite my repeated complaints of pain, Dr. Nguyen was rough and seemed to rush through the procedure. He administered over 40 injections, yet I still experienced significant discomfort throughout. Furthermore, he used ill-fitting equipment that repeatedly fell off during the procedure. To make matters worse, I was shocked to discover that a 13-year-old individual, who lacked proper experience, was involved in my treatment. I had to intervene to prevent further discomfort caused by their lack of expertise. Ultimately, I left the clinic with a bleeding mouth, which is unacceptable given my prior experiences with similar procedures at other practices. This raises serious concerns about the quality of care provided at your clinic. In conclusion, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and care I received and will not be returning. I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent similar experiences for other patients. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
