        Took 20 minutes to get my breakfast item ( there was only one car ahead of me) and then it was a sausage croissant instead of ham which I ordered

        Did a mobile order and picked it up so we wouldn't have to wait. We ordered a triple whopper with cheese plain, fiery nuggets with ranch, a large order of fries, a large vanilla shake, and whopper jr. with extra onion and extra ketchup. We pull up to the drive thru and no one said anything for so my friend said "Hello?" and we received a very angry, unprofessional response telling us they were working both the front counter and drive thru by themselves. Then, we get our food home (5 minutes away) to find that our food wasn't only cold, but: The triple whopper had one slice of cheese and was not plain. The fries were soggy and limp. The vanilla milk shake was half melted. The chicken nuggets were also soggy and didn't come with ranch packets. The whopper jr. did not have the extras requested Very dissappointed I spent 30 dollars on this.
