Most likely we are ok with the room, the big problem is the two desk clerks we had to deal with. The one at night when we arrived give us all wrong informations. about check out time and breakfast time. Next morning we missed both and Jessica, the day clerk, did not give us any options to help us what so ever. So we where stuck at the htel lobby for 6 hours because our flight time had change and not giving us any late check out time option. unacceptable and very unhappy. Rooms: Room well renovated.

Clean room, looked like a clean pool, hot water wasn't too fast in the shower (but pressure was decent), it's next to the airport so the noise of planes can be an issue, getting to the place from I-10 is awkward, we didn't like how all the signs inside and on the website said housekeeping wouldn't be attending for a 2night stay, but they came in our room anyway, took out our bathroom floor towel but didn't provide a replacement, not terrible but not the best breakfast. Overall it was mid.

Shuttle isn't working. I found different reviews from 3 weeks ago that mentioned the same issue too late. My only advice - take Lift, not Uber (20$ vs 50$ for 10 minutes drive). Very disappointed.

If you are looking for the advertised 24-hour airport shuttle or business center that was advertised when I booked in December, BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL. They haven't had a shuttle for over a month and won't have one in the foreseeable future. the same goes for the business center, according to hotel staff. The advertised on-site bar was closed. No food or drinks. Not walkable, with no restaurants nearby The hotel itself is fine, the service friendly and efficient. We booked this hotel because it had a 24-hour airport shuttle and business center, no other reason. The result was an $18 Lyft coming from the .ls advertised, they should at least notify booked customers, allow them to make another decision , !! :.!.avv.a c ca adv q f2f2 eb22xg.nftdbxn x. Rbf. faxza. ., or offer compensation. It's like buying a dozen donuts, opening the box, and there are only 8 inside, big more expensive. I could have booked a better class of hotel with that money or booked one of the many airport hotels with those services in the same price category. Walkability: Nothing near the hotel On-site bar closed No existing options for a meal
