RL2 Painting was an A+ Team. They painted my loft condo, with 20 foot ceilings, small work areas and restrictive condo insurance and work rules. They communicated clearly, paid attention to detail, were thoughtful about moving furniture and artwork and cleaned up meticulously - Not only was the place clean at the end of the job, but each day they left things neat, swept and in order. Their crew chiefs/schedulers, Ramon and Kory, were great communicators, took detailed notes, answered questions and discussed potential issues in this small and quirky space. Their foreman was EXCEPTIONAL on the job. He organized a crew of 4 in this small space, set them to specific tasks immediately and had the worksite humming with activity all day. No request was too small. He went above and beyond to fix areas which needed touch ups, (closet, adjacent walls), as his sense of professionalism insured that these imperfections wouldn't mar the overall impression of the space he had painted. Though the crew made an error in the color of one small room, (a shade darker than the other room) their response was very much more important than the error. They took responsibility without question, and returned IMMEDIATELY to correct the issue. In my book, mistakes aren't the problem; Its whether they get addressed promptly and correctly - which this one certainly was. This team minimized the disruption this job required and maximized my happiness with a bright, clean, professional new paint job! Kudos to all.
