        Went to view the two bedroom in the premier building that was just built my spouse who has been a resident for over 10 YEARS was told he had to basically move out of his current unit and be homeless and buy the lease out before we could move in the new building. We spoke to a leasing agent and the property manager who didnt suggest a resident transfer but instead insisted on him paying them for a months rent when hes not trying to leave the property he is really trying to upgrade. The property manager was not welcoming friendly or helpful she had a very nasty disposition about herself during our meeting. I have escalated my concerns to corporate because of this.
