        So I paid $500 for a United club card supposedly good at any United Club and they refused entry supposedly because I wasnt flying United today (flying a different airline bc it had nonstop to my destination and United didnt). What a scam and waste of money! Im definitely canceling. This was the first time I tried to use it when it was open. Another time it was closed already (7 pm) in a different airport. Read the fine print people. Theyll take every opportunity to take your money for a service then deny you the service. I suspect if I were a man or dressed better (Im in sweats) they may have treated me better. I definitely feel mistreated and taken advantage of. United Club dont sell passes then deny the service to members who are traveling

        It was alright. Not the best airline lounge. Offered minimal services. People who used the facilities just need to clean up after themselves better.
