NO DONT VISIT THIS PLACE !IT WILL BE YOUR WORSE NIGHTMARE ! FIRST & LAST TIME EVER ! The most unprofessional unpleasant vets ive ever visited, i scheduled an appointment for my 5 week old puppy, Morgan was the doctor very un certified she took my puppy in to check him did not have me sign ANY CONSENT FORM ! I ASKED THAT SHE GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND CLARIFICATION ON WHAT PROCEDURES WOULD BE DONE ON HIM ! !!! She began giving him dewormer not specifying exactly what medication she was giving my pup, she began examining my puppy !! She then googled !! Remedies for ringworms !! She referred me to putting a topicsl ointments for humans on him !! A 5 week old pitbull puppy almost newborn do ridiculous ! They did not have the proper medication ! She did not physically check him ! In fact i asked for his heart beat measures and she could not give them to me she said 100 something around there ! She DID NOT HAVE A LOG !! Charting down diagnostic for him ! I have never visited a vet like this ever ! So unpleasant ! Amanda was disgusted with him instead of warming him during a painful visit to a vet she was just pulling more and more hair off of him he almost fell of the table ! ! Although it was shedding ! He was crying in pain ! I asked them to give me an estimate repeatedly ! They began to argue about the estimate being incorrect and yelling at us about how irresponsible we were to leave the location and not get him treated ! Of COURSE I DONT WANT YOU GUYS TOUCHING HIM YOU HAVE NO TYPE OF PROFESSIONALISM Crissy was very rude she was giving opinions and inputs on a puppy she had no clue of what so ever THIS IS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WERE TALKING ABOUT !!! ! I told her politely to mind your buisness like a grown adult & let the doctor speak for herself very arrogant !! Worse ever they all began fussing making it very stressful ! I have proof ! I asked if they had cameras to review how unpleasant they were treating me my husband and the puppy she said no ! #1 always have cameras for you and your pups proof of illegal procedures being done and illegal medication being administered ! CHATEAU VET ON WEST ESPLANDE !!! They are certified professionals with very great experience !! is the most amazing vet place ive been having my chihuahua mix with them for over 5 years ! Never had any such issues like these ! ! #1 fear free clinic in louisiana its definitely more pricy but you will not deal with disgusting rude women like that ! Save yourself time !! And definitely a death toll who knows what else they could have done without any approval or consent ! I am writing this for those who really care of their animals this hospital is not a go to ! I will sure be letting people know to not visit this horrible place EVERRRRRR !!!! So disgusted! Very very very !! Oh by the way heres an estimate list of procedures supposedly that were completed ! Of course we left free of charge on their behalf due to their foul mistakes and disrespectful manners.!! Take a look as this paperwork which clearly does not have ANY STAFF NAMES ! Does not have any WEIGHT ! Does not have a TIME ! Just clearly a printed out sheet from a computer !! Its not even licensed stamped ! Wow !! There is also proof here from chateaus paperwork !! Outstanding service from them !
