Excellent Customer Service The ladies there are ALWAYS so sweet and ALWAYS have my rental ready to go when I get there... I wish I didn't have to rent so much but I LOVE IT HERE!

Horrible service doesn't explain to you terms of contract. Apparently it doesn't matter if someone is on your personal insurance they can't drive the rental.You lose your deposit.Very shady company.I do a lot of traveling will not be using them ever again.

My agent Arnissha Francis was super nice and friendly, and gave outstanding customer service. The economy compact car I rented fit my needs and budget. I would highly recommend Arnissha and Auto Rental Etc on Johnston St in Lafayette LA

Horrible customer service. I fractured my toe and explained that I needed to return the vehicle but couldn't drive at the moment due to the pain in my foot and requested if they could come get the vehicle from my house or if I could get someone to drive it and I go with them. I was told that if I didn't return the vehicle they would report it stolen. Even though I kept trying to explain that I am trying to return the vehicle. Arneisha didn't want to hear anything I was talking about with her bad attitude. So she just kept saying she was going to call the cops and report the vehicle stolen. So I drove there in pain and when I got there she wasn't around. I will never rent from them again. They can go ahead and put me on the do not rent to list because I never seen such horrible service. I paid almost $700 for just 3 days for a regular size vehicle. That alone is alarming. Smh never again.
