Ive had the same car for 13 years and decided it was time for something new. I initially spoke to Elijah over the phone once I decided on giving it a try through CarMax and he answered every question I had. Once I started the process and got approved for financing, Tyler at the Lafayette location helped me complete everything through email and by phone. He was very helpful and this process was quick and painless. Once I arrived at the Lafayette building, the process was completed by Joni who was very sweet and did everything as quickly as she could but it was also very thorough. The process was very quick compared to my last experience where I was at the dealership the entire day. Tyler and Joni made my experience even better, and if I ever shop for a used vehicle again I will be coming back! They cleaned my Blazer up, had an updated inspection sticker, and filled my tank up :) so far everything is looking great

We just sold our old car to CarMax. We had Kyle as our salesman. He was new, but is doing a great job. He explained everything he was doing and was very respectful. We had a really good experience!
