Still having trouble getting my title, tax and licence. R couldn't they find it now if I have flags they find pay for it but me ! Not good night at all.

First off the sales staff is great and lives up to their name. Service issues shouldn't fall on them. They are there to SELL... As a manager if you say you will call someone back and you give them your word you do just that. Especially without a service department at your location and it's a service issue. Come on!!! A 5 minutes return call goes a long way in the sales business. I am happy with my purchase because it's what I wanted and needed but there were issues and they need to assign someone to handle service follow up calls. I will not state any names because I ran a business for many years and know how it can be sometimes. But I made SURE that the service I provided was A1 for my customers and if there was an issue I made SURE I followed up with my customers. I've been waiting on a call back about a major issue with my headlights going out that I had to pay out of pocket to fix when it was caused by their outside service vendors fixing another issue. Good dealership but your a service department away from being great!!!
