Me and my wife just purchased a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. We had the vehicle for less than 3 weeks, when my wife was driving down Highway 31 towards her job at the Sonic in St. Martinville, and she thought she blew a tire. Turns out the rear axle clean snapped by the rear passenger tire. Needless to say, there was obviously significant damage to the integrity of the frame when we purchased it. My wife called him and told him what happened he offered to give us a rear cradle for $250. But the whole back end of the car has to come off in order to replace that. Obviously we needed a mechanic, and the charge was $2400 to fix with parts and labor. We went that route, my wife left a review to make people aware of what happened, you shouldn't purchase a vehicle from here. About 5 minutes after the review he calls her, and he claims he could've fixed it for us for $500. However, this was never offered until I already sent the car to the mechanic, paid for it, and my wife left them a bad review. They were fully aware of the situation the vehicle was in, and didn't offer to fix it until after a bad review was left. Then, he proceeded to tell my wife that SHE must've damaged the vehicle. This is absolutely absurd and unprofessional, DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE.

Wrote a good review the first time because they fixed the problem right away. First i get to new iberia and the check engine light came on it was the knock sensor and something else they changed it. Well before a month even hits of me having the vehicle the back axel assembly cracked in half. I called the guy he was going to give me the part I needed. Then decided to charge me 250 for the part and mechanic to take it off. I ended up bringing it to a mechanic and he said either they knew or I had someone pissed off at me because he only seen that happen a few times out the 19 years he been working on cars. This job is costing me 2400. Everything was great it seemed like. They was friendly and helpful until they wasn't. Let's hope nothing else goes out. I won't be going back and probably wouldn't recommend unless you are a mechanic and know to look at every single little detail

Bought a Ford Raptor here for $35,000. I've driven it a total of 8 days in the past 3 months I've had it. Have major problems because the person he used to replace motor didn't secure electrical power steering harness that led to complete electrical system failures. The ruined transmission is only one of many major problems that they've not resolved even with evidence it's their fault. The owner of this company doesn't even take my calls. Would not buy anything from them. Bottom feeders
