Family's car had a recall. Dealership customer service lady acted like the recall and letter was not important. Had got the free anti theft lock plus replacing the brakes took 4 hours. We were told if they accidentally break it we have to pay them, which they broke. Ridiculous, unfriendly, unprofessional, and money hungry. Tyler Alemand isn't helpful at all.

Don was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly, my dad had been doing business with them for most of my life and Ill continue doing business with them for as long as I can.
