Made an emergency appointment. After waiting over and hour and a half, they apologized and said it would be a little bit. What does emergency, in pain, not a regular check up is not cared about? I found out I was double booked. THAT'S NOT GOOD MEDICAL CARE. I am updating from 0 to 3 stars after finally seeing the dentist assistant and dentist. They were great but communication is key

My tooth hurts so bad I went in and to see if I can get my tooth fixed I needed and filing in my tooth and they told me I need a root canal done and that they want to put a crown on my teeth and its $800 and I dont have the money for that so I ask to see if I can get it pulled out they told me they would talk to my heath insurance and see if they will cover to pull my tooth they told me they would call me back and they never did so I called and they told me that they will look at my ex ray and see if they can pull my tooth they still havent called me back worst place to go to

Very unprofessional dental office, called to get my sister in for an emergency and gave me an appointment 5 day later. When I went they told me I only had an appointment for a prophylaxis when I specifically called for a Premolar that shes been in pain for. This is the 4 time they do this by going and wasting time driving back and forth to one office and sending me to another. Dont waste your time in an office thats not gonna make you feel welcomed, and if youre in pain and need to come in for an emergency this is not the office for you.
