        The problem isn't with the store associates. The problem is that I placed an order online. No confirmation, I called the store and was told with no confirmation=no order. So I reordered and headed in store to pick it. I get to the store and I'm told I placed two orders and the associate was unsure of what he or I should do so I went ahead with picking up my order since I was there and received half leaving the remainder for a second trip. When I arrived for the rest I was told I was refunded everything that I did not previously pick up. Annoying, had to leave store again, called over phone, wasn't allowed to make payment otp, annoying again. So for a third time I'm headed back to the store. Hopefully my payment won't be affected after so many large transactions in one day. Corporate and store spoke to each Other when refunding my payment instead of myself, annoying. So now half my order is available to purchase while a limited stock is available at the store I've been to 3x today. Annoying how they didn't call myself about refunding/canceling my order. Annoying that my order was placed twice. Annoying I was told it didn't and then it did and then that the associate didn't know and what to do about it...
