        Initial experience was great however once they have their money and/or the year warranted expires they wash their hands of you. They pass the buck from one individual to another. Called to see if I can get materials from the manufacterer. Was told my file would need to be pulled from storage even though my trailer is only 4 years old. The manager acted as though I was bothering him. He told me he'd pull it and call back but never has. Also, the quality of the home is extremely poor. There are hurricane requirements to the external of the home so they clearly cut corners on the interior.
