Visionworks Prien Lake Mall

Ive been a patient at this Visionworks for 10 years today was the first day I had an issue, they lost a customer due to lack of customer service, always loved it there until today maybe when they get a new staff person who saw the patient was in at the required time then tell them they have to reschedule and there is no one in the place. Oh well Ill go to someone else for now on.

The store was very clean, neat, and organised. Staff greeted me immediately and showed me respect, care, and concern for my needs. Everyone was kind, courteous, and welk knowledged in their field. There was zero wait time! In had made my appointment online and it was so easy to do. They have the newest top of the line testing equipment. You don't have to have your eye dialated. They accept most vision insurances. But Price's are very reasonable even without insurance, with lots of great deals and options. The Doctor Alsalameh is amazing!! She's been there for a long time and remembered me very well. She is very careful and compassionate and friendly. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I will use them again and again and again!! I'm very happy and pleased.

I drove an hour and forgot my prescription. The clerk helped me receive a fax so I could be fitted for Eyewear. She handled all my insurance info ect..friendly fast service.

As I entered visionworks at Prien Lake Park Mall, I was immediately greeted nicely. I misread the text that I got for my appointment thinking I was supposed to be there by 11:00 when I really wasn't supposed to be there until 11:40 a.m. I sat down and just interacted with some of the associates as well as customers. Nobody gave me any grief about just hanging around the store. When my appointment started one of the girls took me back and started showing me how to put contacts in my eyes. I was having a horrible time trying to figure that out. Another associate came to the rescue her name was Adidre. She was very patient she took the time to get to know me. And I managed to get my contacts in just because she was such a nice lady. Overall I had a great experience!
