Southlake Theater

Southlake Theater blows my mind for my first time going and the concession, lighting and everything in The theater is sweet,the staff that worked there is friendly, it more than just a movie theater went to see Star wars in 4D with no 3d glasses special effects is amazing but movie froze up a little with a lizard in the movie I highly recommend To come here for concerts not movies but The experience good and ok

Attended The Andrew Duhon trio concert Saturday April 13th. Such a delight! Their performance was so entertaining with great music and stories behind them. Id def see them again. The venue was fabulous and the theater itself is outstanding. This is such an unexpected treasure in Lake Charles. The venue is one of the best weve been to. The sound is incredible and I thought it was better acoustics than the Fox Theater in Atl. Cant wait to see what other performers theyll bring in. Looks like it would also be a great place to hold a private event at.

I went to Southlake Theater recently to attend a comedy show and I was impressed at how nice and clean everything is. The front entrance doubles as a concessions counter with a lot of different drinks and snacks. The theater room itself was decked out in acoustic paneling and I definitely did not have any issues hearing anything the entire night (having an audio technician walk around the room helps!). Excited to see what future shows and events pop up here. Can't speak to the bathrooms but I'm sure they are lovely based on the entire venue being so new. The parking lot is not the greatest for congestion but that's hardly the theaters fault. It was reasonably priced and honestly? It's so nice that it's just right around the corner from me.
