The Verandah Retirement Community

My mom has been here about 5 years. The food staff has constant turnover. The food quality has gone wayyy downhill . Ex spaghetti is served with english peas and carrots thrown in -its like slop. The used to have alternate choices if a person didnt like what was offered. Ex. My mom cannot eat seafood used to could get an fresh cooked burger or sweet potato etc.. now its all processed cheap food and unhealthy .. in addition, they used to have you call front desk every morning if you didnt they wud come check in you, they no longer provide this service. Princess or have died and stayed in their rooms for one- 2 days before anyone noticed. The price has gone up then quality wayyy down

Nurse Cynthia is super rude and does not care about the residents. She was very rude to my mother who stays here. She does very little work and just sits behind the computer all day. Something needs to be done about this or I will find elsewhere for my mother.
