        Went to a scheduled appt. due to being audited (the IRS wanted more proof of dependents) and the single person staff on hand took 3 minutes to read my letter notice and then proceeded to phone a friend about the situation. I was told that because there was no portal for her to access, it was my individual responsibility to take care of this matter on my own. I searched Google for IRS document upload and used the upload tool to complete the audit request. Since that was too much trouble for my professional to assist me with, Ill be taking care of my own taxes next year and save 350$ by being individually responsible. I.E. HR Block, you lost a customer today. Also, said professional was on the phone with another friend trying to solve another problem from a previous customer, delaying my appt time by 20 minutes. Yall really did everything wrong today.
