        My wife and I went to B1 bank in Leesville to open an account together around 2 o clock today. We arent customers at b1 but we just got married and wanted to open a joined account at a local bank thats convenient for both of us. Upon arrival we were the only customers inside the bank and there was 1 customer in the drive through. We were awkwardly greeted and when we told them we wanted to open a bank account there were no efforts made to help us and we were immediately asked to come back tomorrow without explanation. We will not be opening an account or doing business with this bank again.

        All the staff are really friendly and helpful, and coffee and snacks are available (at least in the morning). The facility is clean and well maintained as are the grounds outside. I have never had to wait in line more than a few minutes. I don't use the drive thru, but it appears to a few cars every time I go there. There is no ATM in the building. The drive thru ATM is a little awkward to use due to the angle of the driveway and how the ATM is positioned.
