        My AT&T rep was so friendly AND knowledgeable about all the promotions available, all the phones available, different family plans etc. In short, she answered every question, and tailored a new plan for us that was not only a bit cheaper for us, but SO MUCH more beneficial for us as a family, with many more features than our old plan. Top notch service!!

        Every experience has felt and has been some scam to get you spend money on things you don't really need or have denied but they add anyways. If you have a choose I'd go somewhere else.
