        Banked with them for a few years then suddenly couldn't use my card got sent to three different customer service departments and still couldn't fix it so had to close it out.

        This has to be one of the most pleasant banks I have ever done business with in last 30yrs. Banks used to be more personable n friendly. As the computer generation has grown with everything being done online I enjoy going into NFCU n being treated at the door. The tellers always great me with a smile n are very friendly.
