I have been a patient for years but Aug. 29th was the worst experience I have had. I was treated with no respect by the front desk personnel Mary. She lied several times to me and never once apologized. My appointment was for 9:15 but was told I could come in at 8:15. I arrived at 8:15 and waited and waited and waited. I went to the desk 4 times and was given various excuses. Finally at 9:37 I got to the back for my cleaning. I then found out not one but two people had been put ahead of me! The three staff members had no idea why I was so furious. After letting me vent, they were courteous and professional and all apologized. This could have been remedied so quickly by a phone call to tell me not to come in until 9:15 or explain what was going on. This gal, Mary needs some training. I will be looking for another dentist.

Have used this dental office for years. Very nice. Clean. Dr. Hudson is great- sweet disposition. Front desk staff make me feel welcome. Keep your cleaning appointment scheduled though because they stay booked up for months.

I was in and out in no time doctor and staff was very friendly. Will be returning for any issues I may have.

Ive been using this office for years and have never had a problem. I went in for tooth pain and was told I needed a tooth pulled. No problem, not the first time. Dr. Hudson pulled it, and he was great as always. A week later I went back because I felt like I had a dry socket. I saw the younger doctor (Ben?) and he told me I just had food stuck in the socket. Ok, no problem, thats on me for not rinsing. A month later I go back in because its still hurting and I feel like I have pieces of tooth trying to work their way out, which I know happens. This time I get told theres no tooth shards (same doctor) and thats its my jaw bone exposed and I need to wait for the gums to heal over it (after a month!). Today I have had three pieces of tooth work their way out, and it feels exponentially better. I could have been spared a month of misery if he had just taken the time to really look. I love Dr. Hudson, but I will not be seeing this new doctor again.
