        This office lost not only my request for an appeal on my SSI, but they also lost my check for $2,154.00 to repay them for 3 months overpayment, which was placed in their overnight drop off box, alongside my reasons for a reconsideration appeal. To top that off, they acted like I was the one responsible for their mistakes,

        By far the worst service I've ever received from any SSA employee. I've visited this office three times, dealt with two separate agents. Both agents and all three visits have been terrible. I'm already dealing with a stressful situation and none of them showed even a touch of concern or willingness to help. I truly hope to never have to visit this location again.
