Place is nice rooms were clean and conftorble only problem was i ordered the king suite with the jacuzzi tub as my luck goes the hot tub was in need of a part. Pretty much the whole reason for staying in leesville and not going to lake charles like i should have but it was too late and i already paid and no refund or discount or comp. Nothing offered. Not very impressed with policies and customer service. Other than that from what little i saw the rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable.

Don't bother. Vehicle was broken into. Staff did nothing to provide any surveillance footage. Not worth it at all. Save your money and go elsewhere

For $150/night, I expect better. The lamp is broken (hard to show in photo), the pictures on the walls are missing - but the hooks are still there, and the plugs are so loose your charger won't stay plugged in. The room is too dark. I can barely see. No luggage rack, & the closet door drags on the floor and I can barely open it. Worst of all, the coffee in the room is French Vanilla. I asked at the desk and she said, Hilton won't send us anything else. (The Hampton Inn in Tuscaloosa, AL that we stayed in last night gave us regular coffee. But it was rated 3 star, & this one is rated 2.)
Business center closed.
Staff was nice. Large & quiet room, but not up to the standard I expect from Hilton Honors & this price.
Free breakfast - Powdered eggs, disgustingly bad oatmeal, and sausage. Most of it is bread, cereal, sweet junk, and no vegan protein. For a healthy diet - hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and apples and bananas are it. Juice if you count that as healthy.
Update : 2 days later returned on the way home. It depends which room you're in. Room 308 is much nicer - 2 queens. Lamps are not broken, room has enough light. Pictures are on the walls.
